Program Information

Service Hours:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Service Area:  Within the original boundaries of the Lake Traverse Reservation

Eligibility Requirements:  All members of a federally recognized tribe living on the Lake Traverse Reservation.

Service Description:  Provide transportation to and from clinic appointments for individuals in need of transportation
as outlined in the “Transportation Policy.”  Elderly, shut-ins & those without vehicles have priority for transportation services.

Other Services Offered by this program:  An “Annual Community Clean-Up” is organized in June of each year for the
seven districts of the Lake Traverse Reservation.  The program also provides first aid stations at the annual 4^th of July Wacipi,
district wacipi’s and the Sisseton Wahpeton College annual wacipi.
