The Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate Homebuyers program provides down payment financial assistance to enrolled Sisseton-Wahpeton Tribal members who are seeking to purchase a primary home.  For application and criteria guidelines, please contact our office. Our office is located in the Sisseton- Wahpeton Housing Authority Administration Building.
