Eligibility Requirements:    Custodial parent/guardian with a dependent child.

Service Description:  Provides support and assistance to parents/guardians so as to increase
involvement of the absent parent in the lives of their children.  Assists parents in child support,
mediation services and alternative dispute resolution.
