EVALUATION PROCESS
Acceptable sealed bids will be opened and evaluated by the Program Manager, Procurement Representative, and Executive Representative at the Vice-Chairperson’s office in the Tribal Administrative building on the date designated in the RFP.
Each proposal will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
