TRIBAL HISTORIC PRESERVATION
The Tribal Historic Preservation Office (THPO) was established in 2005. The THPO provides the people of the Lake Traverse Reservation with the means to protect and preserve their historic, cultural and sacred places and items. THPO is responsible for the preservation of cultural resources, either physically or through documentation.
